Meet & Greet — Cruise Terminal

When arriving from a cruise in Southampton, your driver will meet you at the designated passenger collection area outside your cruise terminal, holding a name board displaying the passenger’s name.

Once you have collected your luggage and completed the disembarkation process, your driver will be ready at the agreed meeting point and will assist you with your luggage before accompanying you to the vehicle.

When booking, please provide your cruise ship name and scheduled arrival time so that we can identify the correct terminal and arrange your collection accordingly.

For passengers travelling to Southampton to join a cruise, we will take you directly to the appropriate cruise terminal for your ship, allowing you to unload your luggage close to the terminal before check-in.

Dover is one of the UK’s best-known passenger ports and serves both cruise ships and cross-Channel ferry services. The cruise port has dedicated passenger terminals, while ferry services operate separately from the Eastern Docks.

We provide pre-booked private hire transfers between Dover and London, London airports, hotels, railway stations and destinations throughout the UK.

For cruise passengers arriving in Dover, your driver will meet you at the designated passenger collection area outside your cruise terminal, holding a name board displaying the passenger’s name.

Dover ferry transfers

For passengers travelling by ferry, collections are arranged at the appropriate passenger meeting or collection point according to your ferry service and whether you are travelling as a foot passenger.

When travelling to Dover for a ferry departure, your driver will take you to the appropriate passenger drop-off point for your crossing.
