When you browse this website. This site collects nothing about you by default. It sets no cookies of its own, and no analytics or third-party content loads until you allow it. If you make a choice in our cookie banner, that choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us.
When you book a transfer. Bookings are handled on our booking system at book.airportstransfer.com. To carry out a booking we collect your name, email address, telephone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, journey date and time, flight or train details where relevant, passenger and luggage numbers, any accessibility or special requirements you tell us about, and your payment details.
When you open an account. For business accounts we additionally collect company details, billing contacts and the information needed for a credit check.
When you contact us. We keep a record of correspondence by phone, email or through a driver, including any complaint.
When you leave feedback. If you review a journey, we publish your first name, country and comments on our website. We do not publish your contact details.
