I am from Canada and I booked two cars for 10 people picking up from Gatwick airport after reading all the good reviews. I was a bit concerned how the drivers would contact me especially my phone doesn't work outside Canada. When i arrived at Gatwick airport I received emails from the company and WhatsApp message from the driver. After talking to the drivers through WhatsApp we met them at the arrival level. The whole process was very smooth and we were very happy with the service. I highly recommend this company.

The driver was booked by a relative to collect a Bulgarian passenger and two children. Limited English and a contact number was provided for any issues. Apparently emails detailing what passengers are supposed to do aren’t relevant with Luton but there is no explanation of this nor were we informed at any point in the telephone booking. The driver who attended ‘f’ was rude, obnoxious and aggravated with the experience of having to meet messengers and made my passengers feel horrible, on edge and made for a very unpleasant 90 min journey. We raised this twice as a complaint and the main issue that was addressed was the issue of Luton collections not the drivers, rudeness and unpleasant demeanour. His attitude is symptomatic of a sexist and misogynistic male who essentially was passive aggressive to a single woman and her children. Absolutely no way will we use this company again. They had two attempts to make it right and failed both times. Back to Addison Lee!

Very excellent & professional service from driver Levi and your team again.

This feedback relates to 7 November 2024 journey. Driver - Eugene. Driver was late - 7.10pm rather than 6.30pm - so we waited for 40 minutes seemingly due to heavy traffic on route to Heathrow. Driver could not help with the suitcases because of a back injury - my wife and i attended to our cases, loading and unloading into the boot of the car. Vehicle - I question was roadworthy as it knocked a bit. Driver did not observe the speed limits - we did 39 miles an hour in a 20 miles an hour zone.

Unfortunately our driver for home-LHR was late (more than 10 mins at 04:30) this was not acceptable at that time of the day. However he was a very pleasant driver. Our return driver was fantastic…he kept in constant touch after our Arrival and was ready for us when we got through….a fantastic and professional driver….would recommend him highly!

Plane early, driver there. But then no gantry so delayed de-embarcation and delay for luggage. I phoned the office and they told teh driver. Driver waited for us and was there with a clear sign when we emerged into the arrivals hall. Had to pay for additional parking time, as specified on the airport transfer booking site if there is a delay, and I was quite happy to pay that.

The driver was rude and very unhelpful . Sat in car while I was struggling to open door with my sick husband who was in a wheelchair ! Absolutly no manners ! Never send him again !

We like your service very much and will continue to use it. You are always reliable. In this case, we ordered your largest vehicle, indicating that we would be two people, with two carry ons, and 8 cases. We actually had only 6. We called to tell one of your reservation agents that we had 4 large cartons (30" x 20" x 20") and two large suitcases. We were told that that should be fine with the requested vehicle. The driver was upset with our luggage even though we had 6 pieces instead of 8. He was preoccupied with how the cartons might rub against the seat backs, and he made us feel very uncomfortable. Maybe he would have had more space if he did have three full size car seats with him. In spite of his attitude, I gave him a 5 Pound tip which he did not even appreciate. I should have given him nothing! Please be certain that we do not have this driver again. Thank you. --- David Novack

Very reasonably priced, I was kept informed of where the driver was throughout, exceptional level of service, particularly from the driver who collected me from Heathrow yesterday (he remembered that he had picked me up before) and he went above and beyond to make the journey seamless. He didn’t disturb me but was happy to have a chat when I initiated it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will be booking again shortly and would love to have the same driver (I don’t know his name unfortunately) pick me up again.

He was holding an illegible scribbled sign on flimsy plastic film; compared to other services that had electronic signs (ipads) or preprinted clear - was late “because of traffic” - We got in the vehicle in the parking garage and then declared he had to go to the bathroom which was another 10 min wait.

We reserved a round trip transport to/from hotel. On Monday, Oct. 7 our return trip, our driver, Levi, was EXCELLENT! He arrived early, was friendly, had water for us & chargers available. He was also engaging & shared some info on sites we were passing through. He was AMAZING! It was very pleasant and enjoyable. However, our pickup on Friday morning, Oct. 4 was the exact opposite & awful Our driver was 50 min late. He wore sweatpants and was .extremely disheveled. He did not talk with us and kept his window down— we expressed we were cold and wanted heat on. After such a long flight water would have been really nice (although we were expecting any it was a great touch by Levi to provide on return trip. We almost canceled our Monday drive after Friday’s experience but we’re glad we didn’t as Levi driver was A++! He deserves some kudos & a raise as we will consider booking with your company again after having him.

When arriving, the driver was not there. No car was ready. No driver with a name board. After contacting the driver, he announced he will be at the airport within 10 min. I went to the express pick up parking. The 10 min turned out to be 30 minutes late (at 00.30 AM). What’s the interest of booking a car in advance if the service is worst than booking a taxi/Uber when landing?

Used your service several times and shall continue to do so. Very east process from start to finish. Would be nice to provide option to tip drivers by credit card. Perhaps the way post deliveroo or uber eats there is a review and add tip option.

Plane was 10 minutes early. Even if it had been on time the driver would have arrived 15 minutes late, as it was he turned up 55 minutes after landing. All other passangers had been met by their cars and gone. OK, it sometimes happens with traffic, but we had had a couple of texts to say he was on his way when we switched on oour phones on landing and when he didn't turn up after 15 minutes we phoned the office we were told he was 10 to 15 minutes away but in reality he was 25 minutes away.

Have rear vehicle windows less dark tint so you see out

The outward journey ,driver and service was excellent. The inbound driver was late drove dangerously fast and close behind other vehicles. On the diversion he had a blow out lucky for us it was on the slower speeds dictated by the speed restrictions otherwise it could have been our lives at stake. The driver had to resort to getting us a Uber to complete our homeward journey and swapping cars to a smaller vehicle with all our luggage at 4am was not the best experience.The driver was scruffy and the car not as clean as the outward journey. Hence my above scores. In addition I have already raised my dissatisfaction on your customer portal without any response or feedback back so the customer service also gets a low score.

Always very reliable service

For our drive from Birmingham to Ledbury it was a disaster. According to the website the driver was supposed to meet us in the arrival hall but the driver called me and said we need walk down to the parking lot. We then had to wait for him to show up.. I had booked a 5 seater and an 8 seater car. What showed up was a 7 seater and essentially a 4 seater (could fit more but then no luggage space). I told the driver that we don't have enough space and he told me to put the child on my lap. The 7 seater had no room for luggage and we had to put luggage on Top of our legs and was so cramped and uncomfortable for a hour plus drive. The 7 seater almost caused a major accident with a lorry when he realized he was getting off the wrong exit and swerved back onto the highway causing the lorry to slam on its brakes. Driver also never used any indicators when switching lanes. I called the customer service to complain and sent pictures and they agreed that that was not what should have happened. I was told by the Customer service rep that what the drivers did was illegal and should not have happened and that we would be compensated (still waiting). However our return trip was A+. They did send us a 16 seater mini bus and the driver was very nice and professional. She even showed up early and got us to their airport safely.

Driver was lethal on the motorway, was unable to stay in lane pinballing within it constantly hitting the hard shoulder or cats eyes. There were several occasions where we thought we would clip a car in the next lane. Didn’t feel safe.

The pricing is a bit deceptive. On the first screen it tells you a price. Then when you click through to enter the actual pickup time the price fluctuates. If you are using dynamic pricing you should be more transparent about that.

This time I think you went above and beyond by taking a last minute booking, taken on a Saturday afternoon, for a very late arrival at the airport (past midnight). The driver was a real good guy

Our return journey was an absolute nightmare. The car broke down on the M25 and we had to wait for an hour on the hard shoulder until a recovery vehicle came. It felt extremely unsafe to be put in this situation in the middle of the night with 2 young kids on the M25. I don’t consider that this was just a matter of bad luck. We heard that the vehicle had not been maintained properly. We expect an airport transfer company to be very diligent with the maintenance of their vehicles. An experienced driver should also be able to better manage this type of situation. When the engine lost power, there was an emergency lay-by, but the driver missed it and we ended up on the shoulder just after the lay-by. We would have been far safer on the lay-by. Communication was poor also. A lot of the information we were getting was from overhearing the driver’s phone conversations. It was also extremely disappointing that your company did not dispatch another car for us. Even if you did not have any driver available, in such an emergency, I cannot understand why you could not wake up one of your other drivers to come and assist us. I am asking that you issue a refund for our trip.

Found the service excellent and cinvenient

We got through baggage claim and passport control very fast which probably contributed to our driver arriving 10 minutes late. He snuck off to use the bathroom before greeting us which we saw and made the pickup kind of awkward. I can't fault his professionalism from then on though.

We always use you as we can book completely online but mostly as you are always professional, helpful and don't complain. We also encourage all friends and family to use you too. We've had many bad experiences with taxi companies being late, getting lost, complaining about the amount of luggage or that it takes so long to get the children in, or that the children are loud. We've never had any complaints only assistance going above and beyond to help us which is always appreciated.

Used this company for a round trip pickup in London. Both drivers were on time, pleasant, helpful and overall just great friendly people. I think the website could look a little bit more modern, and I thought I would have had an email or text reminder about the booking a day or two before to reassure me that everything was going to happen according to plan. We ended up calling to confirm. Otherwise the service was absolutely fantastic, the drivers were on time, there was plenty of space for the luggage (which the driver loaded for us) and the cars were very clean and comfortable. We were a little concerned about the return transfer as our flight was delayed by 30 minutes, but our driver accommodated the delay without any problems. I would definitely use the service again and have no reservations recommending it to others.

Would you please, please, please ask your drivers NOT to drive away until we are all correctly wearing our seatbelts. Nothing in my estimation is more important than this. There is no need to rush away. Indeed, doing so, can make me feel positively ill, trying to get into a seatbelt when the driver is already on his way. More specific instructions needed for pick up point at Luton. I think the driver wanted me to take the bus to the car park, but his english was poor, and I didnt understand. My understanding was that someone would be waiting for me in arrivals. Also, I think the driver smokes in his car, as it was smelly / stale when I got in, which wasnt nice.

Driver was on time, was dressed very casually which was ok but was a little surprised. Handled my bag for me. We were a group of 7, quick walk to the vehicle. One of our members bags came in on a different flight so we had to drive to a different terminal to pick him up. Our initial flight was cancelled, our 2nd flight we missed the connection, 3rd time was the charm. They were very good about changing my reservation 3 times, which was greatly appreciated. We ended up leaving airport with 1 less bag, driver was very helpful on our drive to airbnb and even used his phone to get through to the airline when we were having options, I believe he had better local numbers than we were able to find. Overall a good experience, would definitely use again.

Driver very good but a smoker so car smelt of cigaret smoke. Not too strong but enough to put a customer not to give 5 stars.

On our pick up from T5 to London on July 12, the driver could have had a clearer sign and made himself more obvious. It took us about 10 minutes to locate him when he was as already there. Our pick and driver on July 13 taking us from the hotel to T5 was excellent.

We will continue to use your efficient and friendly service as we have for a the last few years.

We expected the driver to be in the airport hall with a label as stated in the booking confirmation. Instead, we ended up having to trail around the airport at 10pm with two over 80 years old people, a small child, five luggage and a pushchair to find the parking spot of the driver, which resulted in us loosing a luggage, left behind on the pavement.

Your driver had reached before time. He was very courteous. He put our bags in th car n dropped st the airport too. Car was very clean. It was economical.

This is the only car service I use when I travel to London. I got the same driver on both trips to the airport (arriving and returning) and he was so patient to wait while my husband made his way to us. I also had to reschedule my ride to the airport after my initial flight was cancelled, and the process for that took less than 5 minutes over the phone. Cannot recommend this service enough.

The Check Reservation section of your website generally doesn’t work. Inputting the reservation criteria is very problematic.

It was an amazing experience. The vehicle was spacy and comfortable, we were able to accommodate all the luggage, the driver was very kind, attentive and skilled. Couldn't recommend more.

I would certainly use the service again and will recommend you to others.

It would be more convenient for the customer should there be a way to add more details to the order later, like additional comments regarding pickup. Also, using modern messengers like Telegram or Whatsapp might prove very useful for direct communications.
